Changing direction…
Following 6 years running and establishing Aberdeen and Grampian Chamber of Commerce as one of Scotland’s most successful Chambers of Commerce, I handed over to my successor in April 09. This completed my own succession plan, which I had agreed with the Chamber Board.
I wanted a fresh challenge. I am now developing a number of opportunities to bring my extensive accumulated management experience to bear for the benefit of others through the principal offering of interim management and non-executive support.
I am also looking at other business involvement opportunities and would consider Management buy-in/buy-out projects where business transformation is required.
I have set out a menu of the types of support that I am able to provide – this is not exhaustive but is a starting point for further discussion.
