I have over 35 years of hard won business management experience to offer.
This flexible and cost effective approach can provide additional general management skill and capacity or business development and ambassorial/engagement resources when you need them, without the added overhead.
With a reputation for action and delivery – getting my sleeves rolled up and getting hands-on with the task or project – my determination is to add real value.
I don’t write long reports that are scanned once then used to steady the photocopier! I won’t stand around looking… I will work with you and your team to identify the issues. I will then get on with addressing them, either working with you or doing it for you, freeing you to concentrate on other aspects of your business.
