I have over 35 years of hard won business management experience to offer. My business model is based around the provision of a flexible business management resource and access to my knowledge, skills and experience and my network of contacts on an attach/detach basis.
This flexible and cost effective approach can provide additional general management skill and capacity or business development and Ambassorial and engagement resources when you need them, without the added overhead – hence the name of the company.
With a reputation for action and delivery – getting my sleeves rolled up and getting hands-on with the task or project – my determination is to add real value.
I don’t write long reports that are scanned once then used to steady the photocopier! I won’t stand around looking… I will work with you and your team to identify the issues. I will then get on with addressing them, either working with you or doing it for you, freeing you to concentrate on other aspects of your business.
